Principle Based Learning
Some people carbon copy what worked for others into their own setting.
But most of us recognise that each place is unique so this leads us away from replicating our own work or copying from others. So if this is the case then what are we looking for when we meet?
We are looking for the principles behind what has happened.
And then we are asking… and “if” question like
If we take these principles to our place what would it look like?
The way to explore this more deeply is through the development and exploration of case studies.
